BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) — Getting to California is about to get a little easier for folks in the Treasure Valley.
Southwest Airlines will begin flying nonstop to San Jose, Calif., beginning April 8, 2018.
“We’re very pleased that Southwest Airlines continues to show a real interest in the Boise market,” said Rebecca Hupp, Boise Airport director.
The airlines added nonstop service to Sacramento in 2016 as well as San Diego earlier this year. Alaska Airlines also provides nonstop to San Jose.
The flights will leave Monday through Friday at 2:25 p.m. and at 3:30 p.m. on the weekends. The return flight will leave San Jose at 12:50 p.m. Monday through Friday and at 3:25 p.m. on the weekends.
